About Us

Coryell Well House was born from a passion for natural wellness and a deep love for my hometown of Gatesville, Texas. I'm Chelcie Latham Ayers—wife, mom, and proud Gatesville native. After graduating from Gatesville High School in 2009, I earned my degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University in 2014, specializing in Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies. I spent nearly a decade as a certified therapeutic riding instructor before stepping away in 2023 to focus on our growing family.

My husband, Doug, and I have been together since high school and married in 2015. We both grew up in Gatesville and now live in Waco on his family's land, where we raise our children and share life with Doug's twin sister, Darla. We're a close-knit family who loves hunting, fishing, ranching, and living out our Christian faith. Doug has worked in construction for more than 17 years with Clark Roofing & Construction in Waco.

Like many families, our journey toward non-toxic living started one product at a time. As I learned more about the ingredients in everyday household and personal care products, I began making intentional changes for my own family. What started as a personal journey soon became a calling to help others discover cleaner, safer alternatives close to home.

I began sharing Rowe Casa Organics as a vendor in 2023, and in August 2025, that dream grew into a storefront in Gatesville where families could shop non-toxic products, refill everyday essentials, and learn more about clean living. The response from our community was incredible and confirmed there was a real need for these products in Central Texas.

In April 2026, God blessed our family with our baby girl, and as our family grew, so did the need for a business model that allowed me to be more present at home while continuing to serve the community I love. In August 2026, Coryell Well House transitioned from a traditional storefront to a mobile refillery, bringing Rustic Strength refillable household and personal care products directly to pop-up events throughout Gatesville, Waco, and communities across Central Texas. This new chapter gives our family the flexibility we need while allowing us to continue helping others embrace non-toxic living.

Today, our mobile refillery makes it easy to refill everyday household and personal care essentials while reducing single-use plastics. We're proud to participate in Rustic Strength's Close The Loop™ program, returning empty bulk containers to be cleaned, sanitized, and reused as part of our commitment to sustainability.

I don't have certifications in natural wellness—I'm simply a mom who wanted better for her family and discovered that small, intentional choices can make a meaningful difference. I believe God has faithfully guided every step of this journey, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue serving families throughout Central Texas.

My favorite products? That's an easy one. Rowe Casa's Elderberry Syrup and Shampoo Bars were the products that first convinced me that clean, non-toxic products could truly become part of everyday life.

Today, you'll find Coryell Well House traveling throughout Central Texas with our mobile refillery, helping families refill, reduce waste, and discover products they can feel good about bringing into their homes. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see where we'll be popping up next.
